This is a commemorative project of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines as part of the celebration of our national hero Jose Rizal's 150th birth anniversary.
The contest is open to all Filipino citizens ages 10 - 75 ecept for those who are employees of NHCP and their immediate relatives. The theme of the competition is to show any local monument of Rizal in your area.
